Places you should visit in Nepal i recommend as a citizen of Nepal. Most of the people around the world don't  know about Nepal. Nepal is a beautiful land locked country placed between India and China. The hills and mountains,oldest heritage,  natural beauty and  the cultural heritage of Nepal has made Nepal, a xerox of heaven. Lying at the same latitude as Florida and Cairo, climate in Nepal varies with topography and altitude.  For a adventure destination, Nepal is one of the best destination in the world. There are thousands of place to visit in Nepal. Trekking in himalayas, rafting, mounting, paragliding, bunje jumping are some of adventure in Nepal.  I as a native nepalese, i recommend you to visit mustang as it gives the flavour of whole Nepal in short time.

   Mustang, Trek to Forbidden kingdom  

Mustang, known as forbidden kingdom is one of the best destination for tourist in Nepal. It lies between Manang and Dolpa .in the northern region of Nepal,geographically a part of tibetan plateau   used to be  Lo kingdom. Mustang means fertile plain in tibetan language. This region is highly influenced by tibetan culture.  You can see huge rocks with thousand of caves, dry land with scenic landscapes and many mountain range on the way. You will get the homely environment between people of mustang.  You can see hundreds of old monasteries carved with rocks, multicultural society of Thakali, Gurung and Tibetan people. The view of majestic mountains like Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Annapurna will obviously make your trek wonderful.

   How to Reach there?

There are many trekking agencies which provides various package to you. But if you want to visit mustang on your own, i have provided guidelines for you. After landing on Tribhuwan International airport, you can stay at hotels in Kathmandu. There are normal hotels to five star hotels where you can stay at $10 as wel as pay $1000 per night. You can get ticket to Jomsom in Pokhara  .Your trekking trail starts from Jomsom. You can take bike from kathmandu to mustang as well. But the way is gravelled and slippery so you should better walk by foot. You can get horses from Jomsom as well.
